The prices stated for the seasonal packages ("L'Accord", "Le Virtuose" and "L'Opus") are based on the calculation for the 2026 season. As we work with nature, vintages can vary in quantity and quality, which occasionally makes price adjustments necessary.
Our fairness promise: should we have to adjust prices, we will inform you at least 6 weeks before the next charge and delivery. That gives you enough time to decide whether you wish to continue the journey with us.

We see the "Cercle" as a journey through the year. The autumn package (focused on our Sarabande and often in the wooden crate) has, in pure terms, a higher goods value than the spring package. The constant instalment ("flat rate") evens this out. In spring you therefore pay a small advance on the great pleasure of autumn. At the end of the year the maths works out perfectly for you – with maximum financial predictability.

Your seasonal contribution is charged automatically approx. 2 to 4 weeks before the scheduled dispatch date.
The reason: this lets us firmly reserve your allocation (especially of rarities), pick each package individually and prepare the shipping route without stress. Once payment is confirmed, the wine is yours.

That depends on how you join – you choose it directly with each model:

• Immediate start: you receive the current seasonal package right after booking, without waiting for the next season.
• Seasonal rhythm: your first delivery comes with the next regular season – in May (spring) or November (autumn). Payment is taken about 2–4 weeks beforehand.

We use the secure infrastructure of Shopify Payments. You can pay conveniently by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or Apple Pay/Google Pay. After each charge you will of course receive an invoice with VAT shown, by email.

No. We believe pleasure only works when it is freely chosen. Your membership does renew automatically – to secure your status and your discounts – but it is cancellable yearly. You can also pause individual deliveries when your cellar is full or you are away. Simply write to us or adjust it in your account.

Yes. If you pause a delivery, your membership status and your seniority are fully preserved – pausing is not the same as cancelling. Only a cancellation lets your membership number expire.

Wine logistics is handwork. We pack break-proof in specialised boxes and ship directly from the Château in France. To keep wine prices transparent, we charge only a reduced service flat fee of €15.00 per delivery within the EU; for the northern and eastern EU countries it is €20.00. This amount goes 100% to the logistics provider for packaging and insurance and is therefore excluded from club discounts.

The automated shipping of our wine club currently focuses on the European Union.

• Core zone (€15.00 flat shipping rate): Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal – plus Andorra, Monaco and the Vatican.
• Northern Europe (€20.00 flat shipping rate): Denmark, Finland, Sweden.
• Eastern Europe (€20.00 flat shipping rate): Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Greece.

I live in Switzerland, in the United Kingdom, in Asia or in the Americas. Can I become a member all the same?
Yes, we almost always find a way. Outside the EU we arrange shipping personally with you, because customs regulations mean these destinations cannot be handled automatically through the shop.
Please send us a short message with your place of residence and the club model you would like (L'Accord, Le Virtuose or L'Opus). We will gladly prepare an individual offer for manual shipping.

If, despite break-proof packaging, a bottle should ever reach you damaged, simply let us know briefly. You decide: we refund the value or send the bottle again – exactly as you prefer.

That depends on your model:

• Model "L'Accord": delivery is in the break-proof standard shipping box.
• Model "Le Virtuose": you receive our 3-bottle original wooden crate (OHK) in both spring and autumn.
• Model "L'Opus": the six bottles per delivery come in the large premium shipping box.
• Exception: if you choose the Magnum option in autumn, we ship in a reinforced premium box for physical reasons (the bottle is too wide for the 3-bottle crate).

We decide that – by readiness to drink. We deliver the vintage that tastes best now, not necessarily the youngest one lying in the cellar. It may well be that one delivery brings you a matured vintage (for braises, say) and at the same time a younger, fruit-driven one (for the barbecue). You always receive wines that are a pleasure now.

Wine is an experience that grows richer with knowledge. That is why, with every delivery (alongside our annual magazine), we include a high-quality printed data sheet for each wine. It contains precise flavour descriptions, technical details and our personal recommendations for the perfect food pairing.

This is how allocation works for rarities – the cascade principle:
Magnums, white wines and the “Allemande” exist only in small quantities. That is why we allocate them in a fixed order:

1. Status "L'Opus": members of our highest tier enjoy absolute priority. Their wishes (the Magnum option, for example) are met first.
2. Status "Le Virtuose": the remaining allocation then goes to the "Virtuosos".
3. Seniority (membership number): should demand within a status group exceed supply, the date of joining (seniority) decides.

With "L'Accord" we deliver standard bottles only; anyone who would like large formats will find them in "Le Virtuose" and "L'Opus".

As our club is limited to 950 members, when quantities are scarce – for instance when allocating the wine “Allemande” – your loyalty decides. Whoever has been with us longer (lower membership number) is served first. If you cancel, your number lapses.

Yes, with pleasure. Simply enter a different delivery address when ordering – the delivery then goes directly to the person receiving the gift.
