As in a musical suite, each „movement“ stands for a character: lively, sustained, dancing — yet only in the interplay does it become a story. This is how we compose our range: independent wines that together reveal a clear signature.

All year round, quiet classical music drifts through the vines — not as a gimmick, but as a ritual: steady impulses, low volume, a clear pulse. In the cellar, the sound acts as a gentle stirrer that keeps the yeasts in motion.

Concerts as Encounter.
For us, concerts are an encounter — an evening between vineyard and chai, shaped in part by Ellen Ruhland as a concert pianist. From this stance grows the Fonds aux Conseillans, which supports young musicians and the German-French exchange.
A Playlist for the Glass.
Some wines call for Bach, others breathe with Debussy — we curate playlists that accompany the texture in the glass rather than drown it out. A quiet opening, a long breath, a clear close.
