Music and wine go hand in hand here.
At LaSuite aux Conseillans, music is not an embellishment. Our cuvées are called Prélude, Gigue, Sarabande — movements of a suite. And Ellen Ruhland-Seidel, who helped build the estate, is a concert pianist; the concert evenings at the Domaine go back to her. From this lived proximity, an idea has grown: to pass on something of what the wine generates to the next generation.
This is how the Fonds aux Conseillans is currently being created. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle will flow directly into it in the future. The fund is still in the process of being established — we state that openly.
Young music, across borders.
The focus is on Franco-German exchange — a bridge between two cultures to which the family behind the Domaine is connected. Specifically, this will flow into scholarships that give young talents freedom for their work, and into intimate concert evenings at the Domaine — small setting, great proximity between music and audience.
Where music already plays, space is created for the next generation.

Does the fund already exist?
It is in the process of being founded. The idea and the mechanism are in place, and the formal framework is currently being established. We are transparent about this and will report here as soon as the first funding rounds begin.
How does the money get into the fund?
About the wine. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold will flow directly into the fund. Anyone who opens a bottle of the Suite thus also supports young musicians – as an integral part of what we stand for.
Who does the fund support?
Young musicians, with a focus on Franco-German exchange. Scholarships and intimate concert evenings are planned at the Domaine de LaSuite aux Conseillans — the place where music already belongs with wine will thus also become a stage for the next generation.
