Structural axes: separate, not averaged
The standard
A multi-axis structural description names each axis on its own — tannin, acidity and alcohol — instead of totting them up into a verdict on the whole Structure.
Criteria
- Each axis — tannin, acidity, alcohol — is named separately
- The axes count as independent, not as one common value
- A weak axis stays visible instead of vanishing into the overall impression
Distinction
Structural axes ≠ Structure: structure is the frame as a whole, the structural axes are the dimensions of which it is made. A multi-axis structural description shows which axis carries and which is missing.
