• Yield and ageing are subject to minimum conditions
• The name stands for red wines of these slopes

Distinction

Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux ≠ origin term: the origin term is the general idea of place-binding, this appellation one of its concrete forms. A geographic origin rule ≠ a judgement of quality: it describes origin and making, it does not rate the individual wine.
