Distinction

Decision bias ≠ decision error: the error concerns a single choice, a recurring pattern of judgment several choices in the same direction. Decision bias ≠ good decision: it makes criteria visible before the choice, a recurring pattern of judgment acts precisely where that visibility is missing.
