The Gigue typically concludes a suite – lively and uplifting. In our collection, the Gigue opens the selection of great red wines.

The Gigue presents itself with juicy cherry fruit, violets, and a hint of white pepper. Aging in amphorae and minimal oak use preserve freshness and approachability; polished but noticeable tannins typically make it ready to drink several years earlier than the Sarabande.
